Caroline Silver

Caroline Silver has over 30 years of experience in international investment banking and risk management. She served as Managing Director and Partner at Moelis & Company, an independent advisory firm, from 2009 until January 2020. Ms. Silver previously served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch, and prior to that, she spent 14 years at Morgan Stanley. In addition to her current roles as Chair of Barratt Developments and on the Tesco board, she has chaired Audit Committees (LAS, PZCussons), Finance Committees (V&A), Risk Committees (BUPA) with a particular interest in helping organisations on a journey towards risk maturity and organisational embeddedness.
