Polly’s corporate career spans the BBC, advertising agencies, Condé Nast, The Guardian, Channel 5, Channel 4 and, most recently, Warner Media. She has led the marketing and communications behind some of the most memorable media and entertainment launches of the last few decades – from Big Brother to Harry Potter. A reputation for assembling and nurturing high-performing teams coupled with a track record for building brands and franchises, ultimately led to Polly becoming Country Manager for Warner Media in the UK and Ireland, with responsibility for the holistic, local management of their billion-dollar film, TV, games, and consumer products businesses. In 2022, Polly chose to change gear in pursuit of a different work/life balance and is now a Partner, advisor, and coach at The Alexander Partnership, working with individual leaders and leadership teams to unlock potential in themselves and those they impact.
