An unprecedented number of NFTS alumni are unveiling new projects at the Sundance Film Festival which runs from the 24th January to the 3rd February 2019.

The Last Tree directed Shola Amoo

New feature films directed by NFTS graduates, Shola Amoo, Joanna Hogg, Kim Longinotto, Beniamino Barrese and Nick Broomfield will all have their premieres alongside several other films with significant alumni contributions. Shola Amoo’s The Last Tree, Joanna Hogg’s The Souvenir, Kim Longinotto’s Shooting the Mafia and Beniamino Barrese’s The Disappearance of My Mother are all in competition as are Alma Har'el’s Honey Boy, which was shot by NFTS Cinematography MA alumna, Natasha Braier, the Brazilian film Divine Love which was co-edited by NFTS Editing MA alumna, Livia Serpa and the Colombian film Monos, which was co-written by NFTS Directing Fiction MA alumnus, Alexis Dos Santos.
