Inside Pictures, the prestigious European film business training and leadership skills development programme presented by the National Film & Television School with Qwerty Films, held its graduation party at the Haymarket Hotel with awards presented by Creative Industries Minister Ed Vaizey .

The Minister congratulated participants and the organisers for creating a programme, now in its 9th year, and agreed that it was a great example of the European Union working at its collaborative best.

Inside Pictures Programme Director Jill Tandy said: “The Inside Pictures programme continues to go from strength to strength with the help of our partners. This year’s participants were exceptionally talented and we were able to broker them money can’t buy opportunities to learn from and network with leading figures from the European and American film industries, including meeting Jeffrey Katzenberg CEO of Dreamworks and our Dream Team supper attended by all sectors of the industry, ranging from distribution, exhibition, production, sales, marketing and talent .”

Inside Pictures is supported by the Media Programme of the European Union and Creative Skillset. The programme is for executives and producers and is designed to develop the practical knowledge, skills and high level contacts needed to lead successful businesses.
