About the tutor:
David Ward has spent nearly 40 years in the broadcast industry – starting as a graphic designer at the breakfast TV station TV-am. He went on to become a co-founder and managing director of a successful Soho Post production facility throughout the nineties and early 2000s and co-own and run a branding agency. For the last decade or so he has been offering services as a freelance designer, editor, VFX supervisor and compositor in both the broadcast and corporate markets. He has been using Fusion for over 15 years and it has been his “go to” toolkit for compositing and motion graphics. He is fully certified by Blackmagic Design as a “Master Trainer” on Da Vinci Resolve, whereby he trains other trainers, obviously specializing in the Fusion page and Fusion Studio standalone. In addition to teaching the Blackmagic curriculum he develops bespoke course for post houses, broadcasters and acadamies.
