Calling undergraduate students! Are you starting to think about your next steps into your future career? Are you interested in the thriving film, television and games industries? Join the National Film and Television School (NFTS) for our upcoming Creative Career Clinic sessions and find out about the wide range of roles available in the industry and the many different pathways into them.
What does it take to be a Production Manager? Someone who can multi-task, be dynamic, communicate well and stay calm under pressure; is creative with budgets but keeps an eye on the bottom line; who knows enough about health and safety to protect the cast and crew but not detract from getting the right shot; who knows about the best locations at the best price – and who knows production from start to finish.
Join Bex Hopkins, course leader of the NFTS Production Management for Film and Television Diploma, and alumni, to find out about this exciting area of the film and television industry and the day-to-day roles needed to help to create a box office success!
This session would be suitable for those studying undergraduate courses with hands-on experience of film, television or other related creative production activity, or those studying business or finance who may want to transfer their skills into this industry.
This session will take place virtually via Zoom. Once you have booked your place, you will receive details on how to join the event.
