The National Film and Television School would like to reassure applicants from EU/ EEA countries that if they have already applied for or are about to apply for one year diploma or two year MA courses starting in 2018/19, we guarantee that their fees will not change for the duration of their studies and will match those of their fellow UK students. 

Postgraduate Loan Scheme

Postgraduate students from the UK/EU/EEA can now apply for a loan to help with their studies at any UK university including the NFTS via the Student Loans Company – which will make a big difference for many who wish to come and study at the NFTS.

Loans are available for up to £10,240 to contribute to course and living costs.

Students will not have to pay back their loan until April 2019 – at 6% of income over the threshold of £21,000.

Many countries have scholarship programmes for students wanting to study abroad and it’s worth investigating these in your home country.  Additionally there are British Government-funded scholarship schemes available through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Overseas Development Administration or United Nations.
