Across the 30 competitive categories, NFTS alumni-made productions took home 15 awards (not including those for performance) including Children’s Programme A Kind of Spark written by Karissa Hamilton-Bannis, Comedy Drama Juice, shot by Vanessa Whyte, Documentary Series Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland, edited by Simon Sykes and Single Documentary Otto Baxter: Not A F***ing Horror Story, graded by Carl Thompson.

The RTS also presented the Judges Award to ITV’s ground-breaking series Mr Bates vs The Post Office, for ‘shining a light on the human stories of the real people caught in a living nightmare, and the incredible audience reaction to the series which provoked the government to take action’. Alumni contributions on the series included Supervising Sound Mixer Adrian Rhodes, Editor Agnieszka Liggett and Production Designer Antonia Lowe.

The NFTS would like to offer a resounding congratulations to all of the well deserving alumni for being recognised for their outstanding work. See below to see more alumni involvement across the categories.
