Welcome to Channel 4 and the National Film and Television School's booking page for an exciting week of online sessions that are all free and open to anyone to join. The theme of the week is Building A Healthy Workplace. Included in the week will be masterclasses and conversations with industry professionals offering practical knowledge, advice and strategies on topics as varied as Leadership, HR, Access & Inclusion, Giving Feedback, Generative AI and Mental Health Awareness & Resilience.
All sessions are free to attend will be hosted on Zoom.

TripleC is a BAFTA-winning, disabled led organisation with a mission to increase the role of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent people in the arts and screen industries and to drive up the role of creativity in the lives of deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) people.
In this session, TripleC's Co-Creative Leads, actor / director Cherylee Houston and actor / writer Melissa Johns will discuss the meaning of true access and inclusion within the screen industries and look at what can be put in place to create a fully inclusive and accessible workplace - one that works for & benefits everyone.

Join Zsofia Szemeredy, an NFTS alumnus and founder of Green Eyes Productions, a leading sustainability consultancy for the film & TV industry, as we explore the critical role of sustainable practices in filmmaking.
This session, tailored for production companies and freelancers, emphasises the importance of starting sustainablility conversations early, from development through to greenlight. Drawing on their work with high-profile projects such as Alien: Romulus, Dune: Prophecy, Academy Award-winner Poor Things, Lee and Hijack, Zsofia will discuss how green practices can influence budgets during pre-production and production.
