Summer Sessions 2024
We are thrilled to be running workshops again this Summer, between the 1st and 30th of August.
This year we are running the summer sessions a little differently, according to age group. For those aged 18 and over we will running 'Inspire'
About 'Inspire'
Our inspire sessions are designed to give an in depth look at a specific career area. This year we will be offering 4 pathways over two days.
Day 1 Tuesday August 20th
Directing and Producing Science and Natural History
Directing Documentary
Day 2 Wednesday August 21st
Visual Effects (VFX)
Creative Business
These sessions are at a higher level, and aimed at those who are perhaps studying a similar/relevant subject already, or interested in applying for the course being highlighted. Attendees will look deeper into the roles, develop relevant skills and knowledge needed for success, along with tips and advice for their next steps.They will do this through meeting current NFTS students and alumni plus industry professionals All of whom can help attendees discover the broad range of roles, careers and opportunities available in their sector while also sharing their experiences and advice. The day will also include practical activities, discussions and screenings.
