For my final project I worked with a writer called Jessie Craig Roche on the development of a feature script called Codfish. Over the course of a number of months, we proceeded to flesh out an early draft of the project, which tells the story of a young woman named Martha, who emigrates from England to the Canadian Maritimes, to marry a widowed fisherman. Outside of the course and as an independent producer I have been working with emerging writers and developing a number of projects with the broadcasters and funders.
