This course explores the post production management techniques for HETV and feature films. It covers the tasks and documentation essential to provide effective post production workflows, providing insights into job roles, duties, shorthand, and etiquette for ‘best practice’ collaboration.
We will introduce the pivotal role of the post production supervisor (PPS), highlighting their importance in planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivering the final picture and sound masters. By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of HETV and feature film post production.

Key topics will include:
• Sound Post
• VFX
• Managing Post Crew and Facilities
• Cost reporting
• Quality Control and security
• Delivery (technical and paperwork)
