A New Era: Creating the next wave
The success of the UK's film, television, and gaming sectors has in large part been driven by world class skills and talent. Now, the challenge is to stay ahead of the curve. It is vital the UK remains a global leader in this increasingly competitive and rapidly changing industry.
As production techniques advance and distribution models shift, the demand for top tier creative talent can only grow. The NFTS plays a crucial role in equipping our dynamic screen industry with the skills it needs to flourish. The School has been distinguished by its steadfast commitment to storytelling, the development of the highest levels of craft, and the nurturing of ground-breaking talent and ideas.
As we look to the future, we remain committed to the development of graduates who will drive the industry forward, ensuring that the UK remains at the forefront of global production. The growth of the sector requires a similar expansion of the UK's leading film, TV, and games School. Through expansion, the NFTS can maintain its position as a world-leading specialist institution by leveraging innovative new technology as part of the curriculum; creating opportunities for a higher number of talented creatives; furthering its commitment to accessibility, and providing new apprenticeships for the future workforce. Our expansion will enhance production capabilities and ensure a future pipeline of ever more diverse talent.
Our ambition is to continue to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the UK's creative industries. By expanding our existing campus, we can foster cutting-edge skills the industry desperately requires, and optimise job creation and revenue generation.
