Changes To NFTS Courses in 2025

The NFTS is constantly developing our course offerings to ensure the training we provide remains at the forefront of new and changing practices, keeping pace with a rapidly evolving industry.

As part of our ongoing growth, the NFTS is making adjustments to select courses starting in September 2025. The following courses are currently undergoing the School’s formal approval processes with the aim of being re-validated as one-year Master of Arts (MA) courses from September 2025. Further details regarding course content will be made available here by April 2025.

Model Making for Film and Animation
Assistant Directing and Floor Managing
Production Management for Film and Television
Location Sound Recording for Film and Television (15-months)

All courses are now open for applications and we encourage applicants to be prepared to see information changing on the course pages in the coming months.
