Production Title: A Rose For Iris
Abolfazl Talooni is a filmmaker based in Reading, and A Rose for Iris is his debut fiction film as a director. He graduated from the NFTS in 2015 with an MA in film editing and recently developed his first feature script at the Torino Film Lab. As an established editor, he has worked on acclaimed films, including the Palme d’Or-nominated short Patriot and the Sundance-winning film The Persian Version. He has also contributed his editing skills to television projects such as the BBC’s Mr. Loverman and Prime Video’s Fifteen-Love.
