Cristen Caine began his career as a producer, writer, and director for Channel 4, Sky, and ITV, before becoming Head of Shortform at Kudos Film and TV (Humans, Broadchurch, Grantchester) where he was a leading producer on the BAFTA-winning launch campaign for Humans. Cristen later became Head of Digital Scripted at EndemolShine (The Fall, Curfew), where he Executive Produced Sky’s first VR drama film (Join The Race). He then moved to the BBC Natural History Unit where he developed and produced a range of formats for TV, YouTube, Audible and BBC podcasts, before joining the NFTS in 2023.
