Eilidh MacKinnon is a Scotland-based production professional and emerging producer working across film and television. With experience spanning high-end scripted productions, children’s television, Gaelic productions and funded short films, she has built a strong reputation as an adaptable creative with a passion for collaborative storytelling.
Previous industry credits include Outlander, Screw, Coldwater, Six Four, The Control Room, and An T-Eilean.
Alongside her work in television production, Eilidh has continued to develop her voice as an emerging short film producer, with a particular interest in character-driven stories and Scotland-focused filmmaking. Her short A Waste of Time received a Special Jury Mention at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in the New Visions category, and her recent producing project Survivor premiered on BBC Alba on New Year’s Day 2026, followed by a limited release on BBC iPlayer.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Eilidh has undertaken a range of industry training courses with the NFTS and ScreenSkills, strengthening her practice across production and post-production and enhancing her technical knowledge.
As she continues to build her slate of short film projects, Eilidh is establishing herself as an exciting new producing talent within the Scottish screen sector.
