Faith Alabi is a writer, director, and actor from East London, interested in nuance and intersectionality. Her work challenges assumptions with heartfelt humour and fresh, distinctive narratives.
Named a 2024 ‘Ones To Watch’ at the Edinburgh TV Festival, a Prime Video Director at NFTS, and a Disability Belongs Entertainment Lab Fellow, Faith is currently developing a slate of exciting projects including Babes With Mobility Aids.
Faith began their career working on-screen as an actor after graduating from Guildhall. She has worked with acclaimed directors like Luca Guadagnino (We Are Who We Are, HBO) and can be seen playing Aurore Adekunle in Critics’ Choice Award nominated Industry (HBO/BBC) as well as Pearl Thomas in Black Cake (Hulu/Disney+), nominated for Gotham TV, GLAAD Media, and NAACP Image Awards.
