I'm a freelance editor, colourist, and VFX artist with a background in music and theatre. I began editing short and documentaries in the early 2000s. In 2003, I directed my first short film, Mélusine, a learning experience that made me realise I’d found my dream job.

After moving to London, I started working as a self-shooting editor. In 2004, I worked on a low-budget feature as on-set editor and VFX artist, later taking over the edit. Though the film was never finished, it gave me my first real experience with long-form work. From then on, I focused fully on editing.

In 2005, I worked as both editor and 1st AD on another feature—two roles that complemented each other well. I decided to pursue editing more seriously. I joined Agile Films in 2006, eventually becoming Head of Post Production. After eight years, I returned to freelancing, and in 2014 moved to Edinburgh to join The Gate Films. I later worked at Freakworks until 2020, specialising in online editing, colour, and VFX.

Now that my kids are more independent, I’m returning to filmmaking—reconnecting with the storytelling and creative collaboration that brought me into this industry in the first place.
