Gemma started work in the Sound cutting rooms of massive films in early 2000s and continued a career in Sound until moving across to Post Coordinating and Supervising in 2009. In 2019 she founded Post Super which is a new venture designed to help Freelancers, Post Producers, Supervisors and Coordinators working in Film & High End Television by giving them access to four critical elements – Community, Information, Training and Tools. The platform is designed to allow Post Producers, Supervisors and Coordinators to effectively plan and execute Post and provide a centre for the growing community to come together in forums and knowledge sharing to generate streamlined workflows, share best practice and proactively network. Gemma is currently also delivering a course for the NFTS on Post Supervision.
