Katriona is a Scottish Producer with a passion for collaborative storytelling. Since studying at Screen Academy Scotland, she has been working predominantly within the production department of TV and commercials. Working for Edinburgh based production company Eyebolls on a range of commercials. Before moving into TV and working across Coldwater (ITV), Dinosaur (BBC), The Dumping Ground S10 & S11 (BBC), and Outlander: Blood of my Blood (Starz).
She was selected as a producer for Short Circuits Producer Accelerator in 2024 and GMAC’s Little Pictures Scheme in 2022 where she produced short film Next in Line funded by Screen Scotland. This experience led her to co-found Kit ’n’ Kat Productions, dedicated to bold, empowering stories with diverse representation on and off screen. Their work includes shorts, music videos, and commercials. Next in Line is at the start of its festival journey and has premiered at the BAFTA-qualifying Glasgow Short Film Festival 2024. It recently won Best Short at Raindance Film Festival’s Open Shorts Night in April 2024.
Katriona is currently being mentored by producer Angus Lamont
