With a career spanning film, long running drama and high end television, Lizzie has over twenty years experience in the film and television industry. Starting out on features Afterlife (2003) and The Purifiers (2004) Lizzie then pursued an editorial path working as an in-house Script Editor at the BBC before jumping on board the juggernaut River City where she gained her first Producer credits. Lizzie was then part of the team who oversaw the ambitious relocation of Waterloo Road to Scotland. After producing Waterloo Road for two years Lizzie then moved to the Sky Drama department as Executive Producer on the award winning Save Me and Patrick Melrose as well as exciting Sky originals Fortitude and You, Me & the Apocalypse. Lizzie moved back to Scotland to spearhead the growth of a scripted drama slate at digital start up Blazing Griffin Ltd. and most recently has stepped into the freelance world collaborating with writers and producers on scripted development as well as teaching, mentoring and even a bit of romantic fiction writing!
