Miranda’s next film, Two Copper Wires received a Grierson nomination for Best Student Documentary and was one of Clermont-Ferrand’s top market picks (one of 300 films chosen from over 9000). Miranda’s film Milk was recently selected for Visions du Réel International Film Festival, where it will have its World Premiere (35 films were selected for the Medium Length/Short Film Competition and it is one of only 2 UK films screening in this category.) Her fiction film Revert (BFI x Short Circuit) is currently in post, and her first foray into scripted film was a zero-budget short written and filmed in her flat (Everybody’s Business) which was runner up at 16 DAYS 16 FILMS and screened at the Ch4 cinema in association with Film4.
