Paul Clark

Paul Clark has worked in the UK higher education sector for over thirty years, holding a range of senior leadership positions. These include Vice-President (Strategy) at University College London (UCL), Chief Executive of the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), and Director of Policy at Universities UK. He has extensive experience in strategy development and delivery, developing planning and performance frameworks, and particular expertise in data strategy, governance, data protection and privacy regulation. He brings a unique blend of perspectives on strategic issues, having worked in policy, regulation, and senior operational leadership in the HE sector. He was educated at the University of Oxford and has an MBA in Higher Education Management from UCL.
