 1:1 Coaching Sessions | 13th Apr – 29th Apr | In-person

These 1-1 in-person coaching sessions offer a calm, structured space to gain clarity, confidence, and momentum, supporting you to process ideas, explore challenges and uncover practical ways forward. With accredited coaching expertise and senior leadership insight, you’ll be guided to shape meaningful change, reconnect with your strengths and create a clear, achievable roadmap for the next stage of your professional life.

Siobhan Mulholland is a highly experienced coach and creative industry leader with over 35 years in television. Her career spans senior roles at Sky and the BBC as a commissioning editor, alongside work as a freelance executive producer. She holds coaching and mentoring qualifications from the BBC and the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education, and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must have 3+ TV credits, demonstrated with a CV on application. 

Application
On application, participants are asked to briefly describe a current challenge they would like support with, ensuring sessions are purposeful, relevant, and impactful. This will be used to guide the discussion.

Successful candidates
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis for those who are eligible. If successful, you will be contacted with your timeslot. Timeslots will be allocated on the hour and will last 45 minutes.
