In January 2027, the NFTS opens the Cubby Broccoli Building - expanding our course facilities and providing student accommodation for the first time in the School's 54-year history. The accommodation is reserved exclusively for Deaf, Disabled and/or Neurodivergent students, and Accessible Living Bursaries are available to cover rent and the cost of reasonable adjustments.
Whether you're looking to join us in January 2027 or further in the future, this Online Open Evening takes you through what studying at the NFTS is like for Deaf, Disabled and/or Neurodivergent students. The School's Disability Lead, Hamish Thompson, will cover the Accessible Accommodation and will go through, in detail, how disabled students can fund their studies, including the bursaries, scholarships and external support available, and how they fit together. There will also be time for your questions.
This is a Zoom webinar with BSL interpreters and live captioning - for any other access requirements, please detail them in the Eventbrite form when booking your place.
