This course provides those attending with an introduction to the principles and practices of the role of a Factual television production coordinator.
Participants will learn what the core responsibilities are for a coordinator in factual television and how to apply them to different types of production. Guest speakers will provide insight to their specialist subjects. Participants will be given practical tools to help prepare themselves for working in our fast-paced, freelance industry. They will also get an introduction to potential employers through a speed networking event as part of the course.

Clearing commercial music
Legal Clearances and 3rd party material
Post production Paperwork

Diamond and diversity
Personal resilience
Career goals and how to achieve them – including industry contacts
This course is aimed at production runners, production assistants, production secretaries, looking to step up and familiarise themselves with the responsibilities of the job of production coordinator, and those who have recently moved into the role.
The course would also suit those with transferable skills from other industries interested in working in film and television.
Freelance Rate: £465
Corporate Rate: £930
