Content Tabs

This 2-day course will give you an insight into the world of film festivals and making sure you incorporate your goals and ambitions into the development stage of your film project.

The course will be a practical way for you to get a grip on festivals, what festivals are looking for, and how to develop your projects accordingly. We will identify audiences and look at how to engage them. We will then delve into the world of networking, knowing your individual USP, and how to sell yourself in a festival environment and beyond.

By the end of the 2 days, you will be able to know your goals, know your audiences, have a festival list, and be a confident filmmaker and networker moving forward

The course is run by Natasha Marburger, Festival Director of the London Independent Film Festival as well as the Los Angeles International Film Festival. She also manages the Berlin Independent Film Festival and has worked on other festivals and events worldwide. Natasha is also a Producer and has extensive market knowledge, as well as knowledge of deliverables you will need and how to present yourself and your projects, and make a successful career in the film industry
