This online programme is delivered by Alex Browning, an award-winning Director-Writer-Producer based in the UK.
What differs from previous short film courses is that Alex will spend time with each filmmaker / film project, so that they can focus on their film’s objectives and purpose. This is about you being honest in making the film that’s right for the stage in your journey.
This is paired with practical real-world examples from Alex's short film catalogue and how to work out solutions to the problems that may likely arise.
Across the 10 weeks Alex will host various industry sessions where filmmakers can ask about careers and tips to navigate the industry in general.
Alex Browning is a Filmmaker, Television Director, Producer and Screenwriter. He has directed over seventy episodes of scripted television for BBC, ITV, and Channel 4 Alex has also made several short films including the award-winning genre film Daylight Rules - funded by BFI and SKY - starring David Ajala (Star Trek: Discovery) and T'Nia Miller (Apple TV's Foundation)
