The navigation menu shows Glasgow as that is where NFTS Scotland is based* Female Self Shooters is a practical self-shooting skills training programme for factual TV and documentary, supported by Channel 4 and BBC, delivered by NFTS Scotland. Aimed at female (and those identifying as female) TV producers, or producer level, practitioners who will be in a position to use the acquired skills after the training, e.g. as 2nd camera operators, shooting taster tapes or directing your own self-shot film. If self-shooting camera skills are a barrier to your progress, this is the course for you! This course, packed with practical exercises, covers: - Camera and Sound Essentials You will also have one-to-one feedback from the tutor. When: 27th June – 2nd July, 10.00 – 17.00 Cost: The course runs for six days and the tuition fees are fully funded for those who are eligible. The course is primarily aimed at those based in and working in Scotland, but applications from others will be considered.
