One of the most exciting and challenging roles within television and film, Production Management combines problem-solving with creativity, high level organisational ability with demanding deadlines and above all requires a great understanding of people. There are many routes into production management including working up through the production office, working from “the floor” up and being thrown in at the deep end. This 3-day course with authentic examples will give you the basics of what you need to think about and a thorough insight into the role and its responsibilities.
