About the Tutor:
Hannah Robinson is an award winning screenwriter and script consultant who specialises in comedy drama and has worked with Sir Lenny Henry and Russell T Davies.
During this course, you will cover:
- Why we laugh and what we're laughing at
- Structure - because it's even more important in comedy
- Comic Character - (this should probably come before structure)
- Comic Tone - and how to find it
- How to analyse and improve your comic scenes
- Formats: sitcoms, features, series
- Comedy collaboration - how to co-write or work in a team
